Messe Ara Inc. (the "Organizer") respects the privacy of users of the Ganbei Korea website and complies with applicable privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea.

2. Information we collect

• Pre-registration & exhibitor applications: name, organization, title, phone number, email, country/region
• Identity verification (Korean site): mobile identity verification result (DI only)
• Inquiries: name, email, message content

We do not collect resident registration numbers or passport copies.

3. Purpose of use

• Processing visitor and exhibitor registrations, status lookup, and QR issuance
• Age verification (19+) required for an alcoholic-beverage exhibition
• Event notices and operational announcements
• Responding to secretariat inquiries

4. Retention

Personal data is retained for one year after the event closes (September 5, 2027) and then destroyed without delay, unless a longer period is required by law.

5. Third-party disclosure

We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

6. Destruction

Electronic records are deleted using methods that prevent recovery; printed records are shredded or incinerated.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal data at any time by contacting the secretariat.

8. Safeguards

We apply technical and organizational measures including least-privilege access, TLS-encrypted transmission, and administrator access control.
